I've been with these folks for 35 years. I love them all. That is, if you can wait 10 days to see someone. My saviors were the folks at the Roseville clinic. Now that is gone! They eliminated all their walk in clinics in my area. Woe is me

They don't believe in any Long covid treatment. The overall leadership of North memorial tells providers not to prescribe anything that other clinics are prescribing for long COVID.nSome providers will totally refuse to prescribe any controlled medication.nI asked for a small amount of Klonopin a 14-day supply over a 3-month period just for sleep correction.nOvertly refused.nI don't understand what they do.nMy provider Kole is quite knowledgeable and nice however. Good people but unhelpful.

I am at the point to switch to another clinic. I love my assigned Doctor, but they make it almost impossible to visit with her. When I need to see my Doctor, I either have to see the one that they recommend ( assistant or another Dr.) or wait for 3 to 4 months for my visit. Scheduling an appointment to see my own Dr. is like a battle. I like the staff, the clinic, but donu2019t understand and dislike their policies. ud83dudc4e

The physician I was seeing was excellent. She asked questions, made few assumptions, and checked the information she had with me. I knew she had some disagreements with some of north memorials policies and procedures and apparently has left the clinic. The two doctors I saw more recently made unwarranted assumptions not believing what I said and refusing to provide me with the referrals I needed to follow up on test I had done at the Mayo clinic. He also made several mistakes when renewing my medications. I told him about the errors especially about what I take take for ADHD and informed him that because of the nature of his error they would not refill the prescription. This indeed occurred when he submitted a correct prescription a month later. His nurse tried to figure out why for five days or more, never contacting the pharmacist. It was about a week or more I was was without this important med. I called and asked to talk with the doctor I got extremely frustrated and upset with the incompetency show by him and the nurse. This showed in my voice and with great annoyance in his voice he said if I could not control my emotions he would hang up. This showed not only a complete ignorance of the symptoms of untreated ADHD, but also a total lack of concern for my health and well being. What excuse did he have for such unwarranted behavior. Finally he changed one of my medications without talking to me about it, or even telling me he had done so.
