I always come here for my urgent care needs when Iu2019m sick and never have an issue. Staff are very nice and attentive to your treatment needs - most importantly they listen. Office is nice, quiet, and clean! A peaceful place to come when feeling under the weather.

I scheduled an appointment in the middle of the night, because my poison ivy rash was driving me nuts. The office I believe opens at 8:30 am and the earliest I could schedule was a 9am. The office was clean and quiet since I was the only patient in there. From the check in app, it told me someone was ahead of me, that I never saw in the waiting room, so I assume the person was seen promptly. The gentleman at the front desk and who took my vitals was very kind. Dr. Wendy came in not too long after my vitals were taken. She was very nice, quick and informative about the medications I was going to be taking and gave me recommendations to help ease the discomfort I had been experiencing. I would definitely come here for urgent care. I also noticed they do DOT exams so I will definitely check them out the next time I need that done. Thanks for the service ud83dude0a

I twisted my ankle and knew that it was time to be seen when it was still hurting a week later. I chose Ouch! as I had previously had excellent experiences there with ankle/arm issues and because their website said they could see/diagnose sprains and conduct x-rays.I made my appointment for same day. While I was a few (5) mins late due to an unexpected accident en route, and I had checked in/completed paperwork prior to my appointment, I still had to wait 20 mins to be seen. Once I was taken back, the attendant at the desk provided me with more attention than the doctor did my whole visit: the attendant asked what hurt, how I hurt myself, and grabbed me a walking boot. He also advised I couldn't get an x-ray (even though I had already paid my copay) because we don't do those anymore. Meanwhile, I waited an additional 10 mins to be seen by the doctor, who did not ask why I was being seen, gave me the name of another patient, wrote out a prescription for an x-ray for the other patient, and then said she'd see me after my x-ray at another facility.So I have a walking boot without instructions, a prescription finally for me for X-rays at another facility (even though the website says they do x-rays) and I'm out a copay. I could have done this at my primary care, or had all these activities done at another urgent care without another office involvement/payment.Never again.

Used to be good but no longer the case. Waited over an hour to be seen even after making an appointment & then left. They still charged me regardless. On top of that when I asked how much longer I needed to wait and the owner said you need to allow time for urgent cares. Really! Then what is the difference between urgent care and typical ER! They were clearly overbooked but unable to serve. Just another greedy business out there!

I had a great experience here! The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was seen super quickly which I was not expecting at all. Everything was very prompt and professional. The doctor went out of her way to help me with my issues and made sure she covered all of the bases to make sure I got the treatment and prescriptions I needed. I was in and out super fast and they were already running my tests by the time I walked out of the door. The directions for signing up online for my chart were clear and straightforward. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely come back.
