The Medicenter Urgent Care is filled with some of the most caring, sweet, and understanding people I have ever met. Every time I come there's never a long wait, the staff actually listens to you and the doctor's all want to help you the best that they can. I feel so comfortable bringing my family here and know that they will be taken care of every single time.

-5 is the rating this practice deserve if only that was an option. Itu2019s a rip-off. Donu2019t even walk in. They charged us $300 for a PCR testing which is fully covered by insurance. And we did not even receive results in time. These people abandoned us with no one to speak to further on this matter. we demanded our money back or speak to manager- turns out manager never came on the phone with us. Itu2019s clearly an illegal practice billing clients with incorrect information. DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL CARE. New Jersey is a city full of great facilities, please do your research and go somewhere else. We were unlucky as we had to get somewhere in a rush and walked into this. Money down the drain here. Good luck to those who are walking in this place.

I would give zero stars if I could, I really had bad experience here. I went there two weeks ago to do my reports and they said the results will be back in 7 to 8 days. So I kept calling them after 10 days but no one picked up any of my calls and I had to visit them just to ask if my reports were ready. I would only get one response that your reports are in but we have to fill out form so we will give you call, when itu2019s ready but I never received any call after 14 days I finally decided to go there and wait for the reports because it was urgent situation for me as well . After waiting in parking lot for hour an half, I asked if itu2019s ready now they said another hour so I waited inside, after passing another hour I got up and asked again, it still took half an hour. Even though waiting for three hours I finally received my reports but I checked the forms and there were errors in it so another 15 mins to correct those mistake. I just wanna share this experience so other people can know the waiting time and trouble that they might have to face if they go here. This will be my last time visiting this place. They didnu2019t wait to take the payment but when they had to simply fill out the form, they took a week. I also understand that we are going through pandemic and we should all be patience! that is the only reason I wasnu2019t acting rude to employees but that does not mean that they would start ignoring the calls by saying u201c we are so busyu201d. I have completely lost my patience with that place. They kept shutting the window glass on my face whenever I went there to ask how long. I am just glad I finally received my reports after two weeks and wasting all this hours behind it. This is clinic, people come here in emergency so they should pick up the calls. And if itu2019s so busy then get more employees to handle phones because those people who live far away can not afford to come everyday just ask to simple questions. And what about those people who are going through pain and wants to call in to see if the center is open, how would people do that if NO ONE PICK UPS THE CALL?

I had sprained my ankle. When I called the center, Reception said they have no x-ray but I could come in for a visit if I think I hadn't fractured my foot. I knew it wasn't so bad, so I decided to go in. I waited for about 20 min after doing paperwork. The first thing the RN told me was 'Why did you come here, I can't treat you'. She didn't even look at my foot or ask anything, just flat out said this. No compassion or effort to provide care. Front-desk should have told NOT TO COME if they couldn't provide care, esp. after checking in with their rude RN. I ended up paying them for an urgent visit and wasted time there. Not recommended.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would have immediately given 0 stars with no hesitation. We took a covid test, after 3 days we were not given a result. We gave them a call and they irresponsibly told us that based on the specimen the result cannot be judged. They claim that they still do not know if the test is positive or negative and do not inform patients beforehand of this delay. Without a proper response, the lethargic staff with a arrogant tone do not give valid reasons. Because they were in the wrong they put my call on hold. Lost 50 dollars and would not reimburse the money. With this type of irresponsibility I can assure that this is a complete scam do not invest time and money into this place.
