Wellstar Douglasville Urgent Care was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I had an ankle injury yesterday and really didnu2019t want to go to the ER. Honestly, I didnu2019t even know urgent cares could do X-rays u2014 but they did! I was pretty emotional because Iu2019ve had a bad injury before, and the staff took such amazing care of me.nnNurse April, Nurse Jessie, and N.P. Smart were truly incredible. April hugged me and rubbed my back as I cried, and Jessie carried my things out to my car and helped me every step of the way. N.P. Smart came into the room, looked me right in the eye, and made me feel genuinely cared for. If he didnu2019t truly care, he had me completely fooled.nnI didnu2019t even have an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will never use anyone else!!!

This place has wonderful providers that have always made me feel cared for and listened to. I have never had a bad experience. From the office staff to the doctor's, they offer exceptional care. There may be a wait but I feel that the quality of care you receive is well worth it.

Wellstar Urgent Care Douglasville was the best I've visited in a long time. The waiting room was not crowded with patients because everyone is scheduled an appointment. The customer service was great. The wait time was very minimal. The nurses and staff were very attentive, compassionate, and kind, especially Nathan, NP.nnLastly, I loved that within a few days of my visit, a nurse followed-up to inquire how I was feeling.nnHopefully, I won't have to visit often, but if I ever have to, I will only come to Wellstar Urgent Care Douglasville.

Wonderful customer service, professional and everyone was personable as well. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. I walked in at 2:17pm on a Thurs. I was gone about 3:10pm. Overall facility was immaculate.
