IU Health Bill Pay is the most jacked up pay system I have EVER dealt with. Once they changed over their system about 2-3 years ago it is a literal nightmare. The online system is a complete joke and never works as it should. Their IT dept is non existent and other issues never get resolved. Stay away for IU bill pay services. Do whatever you can to NOT use them. You will regret it every single month. This is truth. Please be warned.

The IU Health billing department is outsourced and the agents do not speak very good English. They can't answer simple questions like why am I getting a late notice when I have a confirmation number from where I paid off my bill last month?nThey have access to PHI and identity information. It stinks when you can't even trust a medical provider to protect your identity.
