Visited this location January 2025 for a fasting glucose test after multiple unsuccessful attempts with Baltimore County Labcorp sites. I was thoroughly impressed with the phlebotomy skills of Nicole B.I've been getting routine preventative lab work done for years and I must say the reception staff along with the phlebotomy staff went above and beyond. Kudos to the team!!!!

Donu2019t work with this scam of a company. They have repeatedly tried to send me to collections for balances I do not owe. They will make up charges that arenu2019t listed in your account just to try and get extra money. It is getting to the point I potentially have to get lawyers involved they are so bad

Customer care service is very poor. i made a transaction which declined on their payment portal but the money was deducted from my account. my bank needs a statement from them and its been 3 weeks.

Went to womenu2019s care to see the nasty Dr. Peterson in July. She refused to look into the problem I was having after I got upset with being gaslighted about my fibroids. I spent all of ten minutes without an apology. After I was done I was told upfront I wouldnu2019t have to pay anything after I told them Iu2019m not paying anything after she refused to do a Pap smear. Now itu2019s September and Iu2019m just receiving a bill. Are yall kidding me? A bill for what? Nothing was performed. None of my problems were addressed.

Iu2019m getting older and was seeking to consolidate my care. In a community where everything was centralized and would offer competent care. And I can honestly say I have found it with Dr Allen and his very capable staff. They are a highly trained staff that understands the importance of true patient care in a timely manner.
