This urgent care was my very first experience. I'm 71 years old and have to be careful in fridge cold wind, it knocks me out. Having been unable to see my physical upon recently moving back to the area I chose this clinic and I'm super glad I did. They were attentive and supplied my every need so I'm well please to recommend Pikeville Urgent Care. I started to feel a bit better the very next day after receiving a shot of antibiotics and a steroid shot. Five stars for Pikeville Urgent Care Clinic.

Cut my finger and went there to get stitches instead of going to the ER and dr. Bruce Compton did my stitches and he did a wonderful job and I would recommend this clinic. I forgot to mention the staff here is also very nice and friendly.

My previous PCP Doctor was moving back home so I was looking for a new Doctor. I was recommended to this office, and I am always scared of trying to find the right Doctor for me. Someone that I can trust and connect with and wouldn't force me to do things I wasn't comfortable with. I have chronic Sciatica and I needed a doctor that could help me without pushing surgery on me. Well, I called the office and spoke to the front office lady, and she was absolutely amazing! She was very kind and very helpful. She got me in the very next day. I went in and was greeted with nothing but kindness. She was very helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me with any of my questions. I waited for maybe 5 mins and then was called back. The nurse that did the work up was very sweet and she also helped me with any questions I had. I was then put in a room and waited less then 3 mins and seen Dr. Bruce Compton. I first have to say this Doctor is hands down the most amazing Doctor around. Sec he was very kind and very very understanding. He actually too the time to sit down and talk with me and not rush me. Every question I had he answered in a way that I could understand. He helped me understand my MRI and understand what my prognosis was and what he could help with. We sat and talked about a treatment plan. I have never met a doctor that really took the time to sit with you and talk to you and actually cares for his patients. I would highly recommend his office and his staff are just as amazing as he is. If you're looking for a doctor this is your office. THANK YOU Dr, Compton and to his staff for just being caring and understanding.
