First off they did a wonderful Job for my daughter every time she came in, but as for me, horrible care first time I came in there. A woman doctor told me I had a hernia, but there was nothing wrong with it. It wasnu2019t obstructing anything I went to ARMC after going to Conneaut ER three times for it and when I went to ARMC finally they took it out right away the next morning they kept me they said it was very bad and it was going to strangulate me and then a week ago. I go there for the flu dehydrated and instead of giving me fluids, they give me a suppository which I was sick so I could not even keep that in and they gave me nothing else. And that was the same Doctor so in my opinion, I have worked with other doctors there with my daughter, having to be there And I would say stay away from the female doctor there I have never had a problem with any other ones

I went over this past weekend .My friend recommended me to go here, after a bad time in geneva .. They have the kindest , most caring staff that all work so great together .. they helped get me to the specialist i needed . This is the only hospital i have felt so at home at.. they all took great care of me i had to stay over night .. the next night i didnt want to go , but they didnt have the specialist i needed ( i understood that) i even left them a note thanking them for the wonderful care i got.. i never leave a note . But they deserved to be thanked and still do. Im glad i made the right choice in seeing them. Thanks everyonenAshley

My mom and I would like the emergency room staff and ambulance personnel that helped take care of my father this past Sunday, September 29th. Dr. Rodriguez and staff were very caring and compassionate, in making sure that my father had everything done for him, including making arrangements for his transfer to another facility for further care. Thankfully he's doing much better.

The staff are judgmental. The Doctor has an ego to tump any other. Leveraged my prescription to punish me for calling him out. For his behavior. The Docotor was over talking me while describing problem. In the end 5 hrs in the er with an infection with no treatment. Because the Dr wanted to stereo type and power trip.

The ER doctor told me that he could not find anything wrong. I seen my family doctor a few days later and I have a inguinal hernia. ER doctor was wrong! If I need a ER visit the next time I will drive to ARMC.
