This is a long over due review. This was a few years ago. I had a sore throat and earache for a month. I went to a different urgent care and my Dr. yet everyone said they couldnu2019t see anything. I came here and simply said please help me. The Dr said he didnu2019t see anything but just in case I was given an antibiotic and steroid. Within a day I began feeling better and within a few days I felt myself again. I canu2019t even begin to say how grateful I am that someone there cared enough to listen and help me.nnA few weeks later the office called to follow up. Sadly I missed the call. They also sent a thank you card. I live in East county now therefore itu2019s a drive but Iu2019d definitely come back.

Honestly, donu2019t listen to the couple of negative reviews on here. This urgent care is amazing! Great staff, friendly people, and I was in and out in less than an hour. They are very attentive to detail and know their business! Unfortunately, I got my husband sick and he went back today and got amazing service as well!!!

I visited the urgent care center at 6 PM with my little one and was amazed by the exceptional staff. Despite the late hour, everyone was energetic and welcoming. They ensured that we didnu2019t have to wait long, even though the place was quite busy. The care and attention we received made us feel special. I highly recommend this urgent care center!
