I had a very terrible experience with one particular front desk personnel, and I also had the absolute best experience with a different front desk personnel, so depending on which one is there, will be the kind of service you get at the front desk. I was there recently, and the woman at the front, as well as the nurse, were extremely nice and helpful. That was my second time going. The first time going, the other lady was very rude, very dismissive, and I also had a phone call with her where she told me she really doesnu2019t know and to call back later. However, in my opinion, do not let a bad experience with certain employees deter you because Dr. Yeager is very nice, understanding, and very good at what he does. He helped me tremendously at a time in my life when I really needed it. I am very appreciative of the wonderfully nice, accommodating staff as well as Dr. Yeager with whom I dealt with this past week!

Dr Yaeger is very direct, but kind and professional. Heu2019s the first doctor that ever took me serious about my weight gain and thyroid issues and I feel like weu2019ve made great progress. He will address my weight but never makes me feel horrible about it. Many doctors always attribute any issue to my weight but he always gets down to the actual cause. The staff is also very kind and friendly. Iu2019ve never had an issue with them.

I have visited this clinic a few times over the past year, and Dr. Yeager has been professional, compassionate, and seems to really care about what is going on with me each time. I've never felt rushed, and he takes a sensible approach to questions and issues. Highly recommend if you need a quick sick appointment or a long-term primary care physician.

Front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. Apparently there was a glitch in their system and my insurance was showing inactive. With a simple phone call, my insurance verified that my policy was active. The girls at the desk refused to call my insurance to verify, citing they donu2019t have time because they have other patients. There were literally two people in the waiting room. They couldnu2019t be bothered to help me. I was sick and needed help and they refused to make a less than five minute phone call. I have been going there for years but I will never go back.

Went in after another urgent care couldnu2019t help me. Had an upper respiratory virus with thrush. The Dr. was able to get me on the road to getting better. However, once the meds were gone my thrush wasnu2019t. If you have had oral thrush, itu2019s incredibly painful. You canu2019t eat or drink without a numbing agent. The nurse told me to call back if the thrush didnu2019t go away and they would get me a refill. Iu2019ve called numerous times with no returned call. I tried to refill through my pharmacy and they declined it.
