Not much help for expats - unless you have a primary care physician - a Doctor in the US. They said they can't write prescriptions except for colds. I ran out of blood pressure medication and they would not help. City MD on second avenue were glad to do it within 20 minutes I had prescriptions and refills for 6 months. So, if you are an expat I recommend going over to City MD! Also much friendlier service.

Doctors are nice and competent! Clean place, still in the buildup stage. In my three encounters at the care center the general practitioners secretary staff was not very helpful and quite unfriendly! (- 1 star)

I went in with cold symptoms. The PA did not do any bacterial culture tests before prescribing strong antibiotics. The receptionist was talking to her friend when we walked in. She continue talking for 5 mins after we went in and received us with cold manners. We certainly interrupted her chat. After the visit, we stayed in DR on Roosevelt Island for 20 mins only to find out that no prescription was ever called in. Extremely horrible customer experience and Will never visit again.

Bad experience. I was there for a debilitating issue relating from what I thought was work. I was met by a young-ish doctor whose first words were whaddya want me to do?. He just stood there while I explained my difficulties in walking and constant cramping pain....etc, He did nothing, He did not even examine me. I just called it quits Even if I'm the road bleeding to death do not take me here....the nurses and support staff were nice.
