My experience was great!! I went in for emergency dental. The receptionist weu2019re great, wonderful attitude! I was in for about an hour in a half I was number 3 in line as it is first come first served. I did not have any insurance so I spoke with a financial advisor and their payment plan options are amazing!! I got a tooth extraction I had to pay $40 up front she stated I have a month to pay the rest which is $110 and that will be minus the $40 which was paid upfront. I hope this helps someone. The Dr was AMAZING her energy was everything she made me feel safe & comfortable!! Also her assistant Cariyah was wonderful as well!! HIGHLY recommended!! 10/10. I was told if I have to come see the doctor it will be a flat rate of $30 and if I need to see the dentist for whatever reason minus extraction it will be $40. DR.V IS HER NAME SHE WAS AMAZING!!

The doctors, like Dr Tully and Dr Belete & Dr Gray are pretty good & caring to their patients.nnThe dentist department used to be pretty good now it's just ridiculous. Appointments are almost a year off, they're always short-staffed, I get a different dentist every time I go. Dental assistants are very nice.

The comment is for the dentist center- I had a appointment at 4pm. I was there on time. I waited in the wait room for 40min. People before is out and people that had appointments after was check. I had to go to the front desk and ask I be wait for while. I didn't get out until 6pm. Very disappointed. The thing I find it funny is they ask you to sign this paper to make you understand how valuable their time and how serious communication. But you get treat like trash and do the opposite of their stander.

Ive been going here for about 5 years and they are getting much better. Today I came in with kidney stones and the whole walk-in team was very helpful. Fromt desk was friendly. I never got a Toradol shot when I came in for stones (I probably get them 1x a year) and that was a huge relief while I waited for my RX to be filled; shoutout to PA for offering it. The PA and her staff were very nice and actually trying to help people, I could see it as they brought people in and sent them on their way. Thank You for actually caring about your job, you made my very bad day O.K.

I called the day before and was told by a receptions that they accept walk-ins at 7:30am. So I arrive at 7:10am and waited for the doors to be opened. They had us line up in the order we arrived so thatu2019s how we checked in and were supposed to be called back. I was 4th in line out of 9-11 people. I understand they still have to take customers who were scheduled, I didnu2019t have an issue with that. What I did have an issue with was the fact that I was the last person out of the walk-ins to be seen. People who went up to the receptionist ignorantly and made a scene somehow were called back very soon after. Iu2019ve been waiting for about 2-3 hours and still havenu2019t been seen. The receptionist keeps telling everyone theyu2019re next which isnu2019t true. If your a walk-in you have a better chance going to urgent care and being seen faster than coming here! If you plan on coming here, make sure your schedule is cleared (thankfully I came on my day off). The dentist and assistants were very nice and understanding. They definitely make up for the hassle caused in the waiting room.
