I booked an appointment online and was brought to an exam room almost immediately after I checked in. After speaking with the assistant, I waited less than ten minutes for the doctor. Dr. Z had excellent bedside manner. Very grateful for their care.

I have visited here several times for medical care. The wait times were short. The staff was friendly. The doctors gave me the right diagnoses and the right medicine. Since it's impossible to see my regular doctor in less than a week or two, I'm grateful that CityMD exists.

Useless - only saw a assitant nurse and assistant physician who told me they are not sterile and can't deal with my Elbow bursitis (ie drain it), which takes one minute and medical professional should be able to do. Guess there is no doctors working at City MD.....

The front desk was very kind along with the medical assistant. I canu2019t say the same about the doctor that saw me. She was aggressive and rude. She lacked empathy and it showed. She got annoyed when I didnu2019t want to take down my mask because I didnu2019t want to risk catching anything additional. I have a concussion and have been dealing with increased symptoms. It makes sense that I want to protect my health. They donu2019t require masking for patients with viral symptoms, which makes no sense. Also thereu2019s no ventilation or air filtration. I had to ask the doctor to wear a mask and she just had a surgical on. Why do I have a higher quality mask than the doctor? Will not be returning under any circumstances.
