Very friendly and welcoming. Hardly no wait time at all, under ten minutes. The nurse and doctor were both very attentive and knowledgeable, and covered every aspect of my condition. They even called my prescriptions in to my pharmacy so that I had little to no wait time there either. A pleasant experience when you are feeling your worst is really apprieciated. This staff is professional, compassionate, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They really make you feel important and like family. I could go on forever about how genuinely wonderful they are! Oh and I almost forgot to mention the most convenient location and hours!!

Between myself and my two children, we have been to this walk in clinic several times. The staff is always friendly, courteous and extremely efficient! The few times that weu2019ve gone & there was a wait, it was always less than 30 minutes.nThe doctors/NPu2019s are thorough in their examinations & have not ever dismissed things I have said. (Which has been my experience with other walk in clinics!)nI highly recommend this location!

Our son had a high fever of 102 on Christmas Eve. We went to Acadiana After Hours. Entire visit took a max of 30 minutes in and out. The staff was so nice and helpful even with our sick baby. EXTREMELY clean and very nice rooms. We will absolutely go again when needed.

Iu2019ve been feeling bad (respiratory) since Christmas. I went to this place, tested negative for Covid. She didnu2019t think I had the flu either. She said, if I get any worse, she would give me some antibiotics. Well, I got worse and I called call and they said they would call in some meds. I went to the pharmacy to pick up, could barely see because my head was splitting wide open for my headache. Get home and Discover they gave me cough syrup that I canu2019t even take because it has a decongestant in it. No antibiotics. I called again they said because the lady that saw me wasnu2019t there they couldnu2019t prescribe me antibiotics, and refuse to do so. What the hell? Itu2019s not like I went to a different doctors office. They should have The notes of the lady who saw me. Now Iu2019m even worse than before and I canu2019t see to drive. At least I know now they do not care about your health and I will never go back there.
