Very convenient location for people working in the Chicago Loop. I found this place couple years ago, tired of taking time off for doctors appointments. I like my online account. I set up appointments online, get my blood test results within several hours same day available online. All communication with my doctor is online (it's my preference). I would send her a message and will get a response the same day or next morning. I like to see a chart of my blood results with different dates as a chart, or as a diagram of changes, very cool option. I like my doctor. No waiting time, everything is very quick.

I was there yesterday for an initial 20 min appointment. I have an hour lunch, so I figured, how convenient is this!nGot there at 12:30 was taken to a room and vitals were checked, nurse asked me to take my shoes off to check weight and height.nAfter she was done and before she walked out I asked where I could wash my hands. I figured this is the first time I will meet her (doctor) and surely will be shaking hands. well... After washing my hands, I came back to the room only to wait until 1:15 when i finally decided to leave so very disappointed. I was really hoping to have a doctor around the block fromnwork. 20 min appointment turned into 45 minutes and never even saw the doctor. one star from me, :( only to be able to post this review. I wont mention the name of the doctor.nI'm sure the staff could have done a much better job. :(
