I cannot speak more highly of this place. My husband got sick- sore throat and fever. I thought he would be okay the next day but he was worse. I called Vita Heaven and they sent the shuttle over to get us at our hotel- for free. Once we got there it was so wonderful. Everyone was extremely kind and listened to everything he had to say. He had strep throat, they gave us the option to go somewhere to get a shot or stay and get the pills. We stayed, they gave him some IVs for fluids, they gave him everything they could to help him feel better. The whole thing was under $200. They even helped us get his prescriptions, called them in and dropped us off at our hotel. That is beyond incredible and if we are ever back here and we need an urgent care we will 100% be coming back. Thank you again for taking such amazing care of us when we were nervous about being so far from home. You are all wonderful!

I have major problems with migraines and had an attack while in Vegas. I usually go to the ER, but this place seemed faster and they had a shuttle. I did not want to stand in the taxi line since I did not want to throw up in the line. :( So, they gave me the same treatment I get at the ER (iv fluids, zofran, torodol, oxygen), but their recliners are way more comfortable than the stretchers at my ER. Staff was really nice and they got my headache gone. Total cost was around $250, which is pretty good for everything I got. They even called me in some imitrex so I could have that for the rest of my trip.

These guys are saviors. Got a bug and up all night. They were so close to our hotel, that along with my high health insurance deductible and their $199 iv treatment made it a very quick decision. They wouldnu2019t come get me but the staff was friendly, courteous and attentive; they did give me a ride back and 1/2 off my B12 shot!nEasily 5 stars.

I recently heard about the B12 shots from colleague's on how great they are. I have since then purchased the B12 shots and began taking them for myself. They have made a big difference in my daily life. I am no longer tired or fatigued. I have energy that I didn't know was there. I highly recommend the B12 shots to anyone that has no energy or just need a little boost.

NOT AN URGENT CARE. Went with my girlfriend because a contact lense was stuck in her eye and they told her that could not help her. They did not even have a nurse on location. Simply a hangover treatment center with IVs. Should not be called an urgent care if they cannot treat anything other than hangovers.
