We've been going to this NCH location for years and we've seen the service improved significantly year over year. Last night we were there with our 5YO not feeling well. Little to NO WAIT! My son was checked in, seen by a physician, given treatment and sent home with meds very quickly. All the staff, from the security, the front desk, the nurses and the physician were amazing. Friendly, answered all my questions. I walked in nervous and walked out relieved. Thank you!

Been going to this urgent care for several years now and never had an issue even with the long waits. Last month we went cause my youngest has asthma episodes, there was no wait in the waiting area so it shouldu2019ve been a quick in and out. We waited outside for like 10 minutes which was ok and then got moved to a room. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a doctor to come in, all while all the nurses warmed up food and were having a blast at their station. The whole place smelled like a cafeteria. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. After the doctor came we didnu2019t have an issue, the doctor was great.

I usually always have a great experience, but this time I did not my son went with a chronic cough and feeling horrible. All they told me was to give him allergy medicine and he has a history of chronic bronchitis two days later I took him to Miramar and he was positive for rhino Virus and chronic bronchitis almost got admitted horrible job that doctor did.

Couldn't be happier. Fast, nice, clean, polite, thorough , wait wasn't long at all. (Maybe more parking would help, but it's Miami, there's no good parking anywhere. We just parked on the roof of the lot, zero walk to the elevator, hot car no big deal.)
