This company is an absolute joke. Not only was the care received at my local urgent care completely inadequate, but it took them FOUR months to bill my insurance. When I finally received a bill, it said that I was 90 + days past due, even though they acknowledged when I called that they had JUST billed my insurance and that wasnu2019t accurate u2014 they didnu2019t change anything. I was told that they would not accept the $50/month that I could pay (I had 5 other medical bills that needed to be paid, as I am pregnant on a HDHP), and were completely unwilling to work with me. It was a nightmare to even get through their billing system to speak with someone. I started paying $50/month, because that was what I could afford and they were sending me demands for payment every two weeks. Still telling me I was over 120 days past due! How?!?! You didnu2019t bill me until 8/30/24! Finally, today, I received a demand collection letter telling me (after 60 days since billing, but 150+ days according to their system) that I had 10 days to pay it or it would go to collections. I paid it. This company is a nightmare. I will contact one of my other medical billers & explain that I need some Grace u2014 anyone will be easier/kinder to deal with than this company. Clearly just a money grab. They donu2019t care about your health or your finances.

Got a bill for $40 which is my co-pay and agreed with what my insurance EOB said. Tried to pay the bill online, but the statement code and my personal information options don't work. Tried calling them on 11/7/24 and was told my balance was zero and that if I had a statement that was different, I could ignore the statement. Well, I knew I owed the bill so I called again 11/14/24 and the statement code and personal information options still don't work but now they say I do owe the $40. However, they say I can't pay over the phone: I have to pay over the portal but I don't want to set up a portal just to pay the bill. I don't write checks any more, so now I have to drive over their just to pay the bill. Can you make it any harder to pay a bill????

Wish I read the reviews before going. They will give you a provider out of network and surprise with a bill with additional charges that you didn't consent to. DON'T GO HERE.

Billing is a joke! Got a bill more than a year after service. Called multiple times to talk them about insurance. They finally called back after I had called and left 5 messages. Called my insurance company and then called Sterling back and gave them instruction of exactly what they needed to do to have my insurance pay it in full. Once again, got a bill in the mail. And once again, had to call multiple times to get them to answer or return my call. The supervisor has yet to be available or to return my call. Will never use a Sterling Urgent Care or Medical Clinic again!

Great service from the doctors and very professional, but u26a0ufe0f: stay on top of billing scenarionnThe doctor I saw while visiting was great and super helpful but weeks after my visit I received a collections letter for a u201cremaining balanceu201d bill after I paid in full.nnItu2019s been a back-and-forth phone call every few weeks where they confirm there is no balance due and nothing to worry but then I receive another letter from a collections agency.nnI understand mishaps happen, but after being told multiple times on separate occasions from the supervisor and u201cregional supervisor manageru201d that the balance was cleared and updated and nothing is sent to collections, I keep getting notices from a collections agency for $50.nnI think we now have it figured out. Great service from the doctors and very professional, but just stay on top of billing scenario
