One, new locations should not be given bad reviews. I have been sitting in the white oak location for 3 hours. The staff is playing while at work. Laughing and talking. NONE of them on break so why are they not doing any work?. And it's the whole staff that is here on this 4:31am shift in the ER when you are placed in rooms. uncalled for, and unprofessional. NO ONE HAS CAME IN THE ROOM. The charge nurse is Regina she has not even stepped foot near this room. I have to go to work too. I brought my spouse here to get looked at and still no service. YALL GOT TO DO BETTER.nP.SnThe noise that was going on near room 3 at the station where those 8 people were,got very quiet after I went out there and told them about their self's from all the playing and laughing for a whole hour and a half.I can hear needles drop.

No stars! I am frustrated for my parents with Medicare. The billing department is not submitting the correct information after months of requests and promises. I am fluid in medical billing. With the ease of electronic access I can't fathom the stupidity of this department. Please don't erroneously pay unwarranted bills from this facility. They are preying on patients - Medicare patients - who may otherwise not understand...

I had went to Adventist Healthcare main office here as I had one a gift card. They are very nice staff just like the hospital and it was GREAT to meet them and see that they are as caring and friendly as the hospital is.
