I was watching a video online recently and saw that a woman Melissa Perkins who works for this business, called a family trash after stating she u201cworked with her son.u201d I just wanted to share this is extremely disheartening and concerning. I understand the internet is a place that welcomes diversity, equity, and inclusion but Neighborhoods are different. Melissa responded this was because a young lady informed the public about a neighborhood that is accepting section 8 and encouraged families to apply. I am curious if this behavior or opinion is one shared or condoned by other staff. I want to be sure that when it comes to patient care, anyone who has worked with me or a family member would not say something so distasteful simply because I welcome people of a different background to a neighborhood I feel is beautiful. Please see to it that patients are protected and behavior like this is not condoned. If you do support or share these beliefs, state so publicly so people stay out of your neighborhood and business.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Sriram for a few months. Recently her medication was due for a refill and the pharmacy has been trying to contact the doctor to get approval and the doctor has not responded. It's been several days. I have also contacted them and left multiple voicemails with no response. She is now on an emergency supply that walgreens provided for 3 days with no clear resolution of how to get a refill.nI have also emailed the baycare customer service address as well as lodged a complaint on their online survey platform. All they did was redirect me back to the same phone number where nobody is answering the phone. I replied to them as such and I have not gotten a response.nnApparently this has been happening quite often at this facility as I went on Google reviews and found multiple similar complaints to mine - no response to refill requests. And some people having to visit an emergency room to get a refill on their mental health drug because of no response. It's extremely concerning not only to me as a parent but for the community at large. Somebody needs to look into this and correct these practices. This doctor should be reprimanded for not overseeing an adequate treatment regimen.

I'm going to say this is a great hospital, I've been to a few. My top places are this one and Kendall regional. These two places have really helped me. When others didn't. Most hospitals when you go in they treat you like your seeking. I've almost died, due to dental. Kendall saved my life. I had bottom Dental, and Bayside helped me by actually taking care of me. They gave me great fluid antibiotics and got me through 3 weeks till I could get teeth pulled. My surgeon ended up being kind of a butcher with no bed side mater. Didn't look into the antibiotics I was taking before hand. I had a infection starting to rage. I went back to Bayside. They kicked it with strong Antibiotics, and gave me stronger pills to get me through the major pain and healed up. . I truly want to say thank you for being caring and actually knowledgeable, and not treating everyone like they are seekers. Great job. But probably you guys should know pharmacies are being compete aholes, they apparently don't believe in pain meds anymore. Dental pain can make you put a gun to your Head. Thank you for saving my life. ..

My issue is not with a specific facility or the medical treatment provided. My issue is with their billing department. This is the 2nd time in the last few months where I have received a bill for a DOS that happened almost 3 years ago. I had to spend hours of my time validating that I didnu2019t already pay the amount which Iu2019m still not confident because I was on a different HSA account at that time. I will avoid using Baycare facilities because your billing is awful. Billing out of nowhere for a 3 year old DOS is ridiculous.
