I would not recommend this practice as I find that the front desk staff are very unprofessional. Issue we've encountered is that we've been trying to get a referral to a specialist for which we've seen in the past and overdue to see them again, but we need a referral from the PCP from Amicus/Conviva. We've stopped by the office to have the referral sent to which the front said they would pass the information to the provider. Five days later when we call they didn't seem to have any knowledge of the request and no referral was placed. After requesting to have the provider to send the referral again, we didn't get a response. They hung up the phone. We thought this was a mistake, so we called back, after requesting to have the provider send the referral they hung up again. We called back a third time and asked to speak to the office manager they said something is wrong with their phone and hung up again and they never called us back. We're still waiting to hear back from them and the referral still has not being placed. What they're doing is very unprofessional and unethical as they're delaying access to medical care.

After using this practice and following my Dr. From another practice, I am extremely upset!! They are NOT what they use to be. I have moved on, I am happy that I did. It is sad that they can't return phone calls and that they have an excuse for everything. It is is time they accept responsibility for there actions. I have previously said wonderful things. Not anymore! If they only knew half of what I know they have done I think they would be SHOCKED!!! SUPER SAD!!

My experience was not pleasant nor particularly unpleasant. It though is an experience I would not like to experience again.
