I am in my car writing this review because I was so incredibly pleased with the staff at Waterfront Urgent Care. It doesn't feel like the corporate urgent cares that I have been to. They truly cared.. warm and professional. Angel and Taylor, I am so beyond impressed with you two. I am a profoundly difficult stick and needed quite a bit of blood work. You both were so patient, not to mention that you got the labs! I know that doesn't seem a lot to some, but it meant the world to me. My Physician Assistant gave me one of the most detailed exams I've had. She was so friendly, kind and incredibly proficient. I should mention that I have been in the medical field for years.. I know how valuable you are. I have brought my daughter here as well. The Physician gave her and I stellar care. Keep doing what you are doing, and I will continue to say this is what healthcare should be.

I went to Waterfront Urgent Care for some very minor issues I was concerned about, and had a wonderfully pleasant experience!nThe front staff were very kind, and explained the check-in process thoroughly. The wait time was very quick for a walk-in facility, which was amazing. The nurses were efficient, gentle with sensitive and embarrassing conversations, and made me feel very comfortable! I saw a female nurse practitioner (I am so sorry, I forget her name!) The doctor listened to to everything I had to say with an open mind and I felt very listened to! She also knew the procedure to the issue I was there for can be rather invasive and a bit awkward (for me, not her of course), and she allowed me to complete the very simple sample retrievement myself in my own privacy. She went over the steps and what to expect very in depth, and was very willing to hear and answer any questions I had.nI also spoke with another female Practitioner when I got my results back and she was kind enough to answer all the questions I had about those as well!nOverall, this was an excellent experience, and I have never felt more listened to and seen by a doctor before! They will welcome you with open-minds and kindness, so please go here if you need some help!!

Not only are all of them attentive and understanding, they actually care! I haven't met anyone at this facility that I did not like. Waterfront urgent care staff is consistently friendly, helpful and fast.nWhen you are sick or hurt, you donu2019t want to sit in a waiting room for hours. They run a tight ship in that office, the and doctors are awesome and my family has never had anything but great experiences there.
