In a time when my family was undergoing a pretty traumatic and unexpected incident, Excell Home Care provided the best home health I could ask. As we approach the end of needing the wound care nurses assistance I must say I have no complaints. Startup, and regular communication for nurse rotation was always clear and concise. Although I tried to stay with my primary nurse @Julia who was the most amazing, thorough, caring, compassionate, professional nurse I've encountered, in her absence all other nurses we encountered were just as good. If only they could clone JULIA.. overall, I would recommend this service to anyone.

Adalyn Labit is an excellent and very professional nurse. Adalyn was my nurse for almost seven weeks. She cured my wound when got really irritated, she knew exactly what to do then. Adalyn Labit aside from being a professional nurse is also a very kind person. Do NOT trust what they tell you. I was very clear and specific about my momu2019s needs. The manager, Donna, misrepresented what they do despite my telling her exactly what we needed. We needed help with light cleaning and bathing for my elderly mother while I was out of town. She assured me they could help! After finally obtaining authorization from my momu2019s insurance company, I called to schedule. It was only then that I was informed Excel doesnu2019t offer that type of service after my numerous questions and clearly expressing just the day before what we needed and were looking for. Save your self the headache and frustration and go anywhere else, so your loved one isnu2019t left without help like mineu2026

My visiting nurse Veronica Sandoval is definitely excellent at what she do. She is not only exceptionally intelligent but professional and sympathetic. If I ever had any questions or doubts about anything I wouldnu2019t hesitate to ask her. She would be so patient with me answering the numerous questions I had about care.
