I went in feeling very unwell from a cold I had close to a week or so. The staff was GREAT! The front desk handled patients with patience and such a warm heart. My nurse was very friendly and she was so nice. Once she was done, Andrew Olazo came in and he was awesome too, he answered every question I asked and has tons of knowledge to share. I had to go to VCare 3 times in the last five days. Long story. I really want them to be successful. Location is perfect for everyone on this side of Route 1. They seem to have new receptionists and they are so knowledgeable and super friendly and accommodating. Kathleen and Latisha were very helpful as was all other staff. Both doctors we saw took their time and helped us out. I never felt rushed. They are working on installing a new system so just walk in. Dr Andrew, great guy!!!
