Satisfactory visit. The wait time was minimal and it was very clean. Typical doctors/nurses youd expected that don't really listen to what you're saying. But that's the normal so I feel like this is a decent place.

The staff is always very professional and kind. I have never had a bad experience with this facility. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness than any other urgent care facility that I have been to. Thank you for being amazing and kind it really means a lot. I highly recommend this facility for any of your urgent care needs or any medical needs. I have never seen any one of the staff members with a frown on their face. I was seen yesterday for Covid/flu like symptoms and they were very quick in getting me in and out but with all my questions answered. I unfortunately was positive for the flu but they made sure that I was taken care of before I left and that I had my Rx sent over before leaving their office. Thanks again for being kind and respectful that says a lot about your staff and your facility.

My 13 year old daughter was unresponsive when I brought her in, and the cardinal staff was so amazing. They sat with us and kept her stable until the ambulance got there. They kept her vitals checked and gave her water. I couldnu2019t ask for better service from an urgent care provider. Thank you for all that you did for my baby.
