The whole staff is amazing. From receptionist to the Doctors. When I took my son to the urgent care the nurses were so kind and very patient with my son. Dr. Yi was amazing as well. So kind and informative. If I could have the whole staff be my general family physician office, I would do it in a heart beat. I will definitely come back to this facility for any urgent care needs. The receptionist is the worst she treats you horribly. I was going to go as a walk-in and asked if they accepted my insurance. She was extremely rude and never answered my question. Instead, she just told me to register online. After I registered and was already on my way, she told me there were no providers available to see me, that the provider had gone home. How is an urgent care open with no provider? What kind of madness is this?

Went for a drug screen. When I called back to get the results they said they would call me later on that day. Called back later they said it would take 3-5 days and they are just a collection site. This was after she asked for my information. So instead of just saying it on the first call, they just pretended I guess? I really donu2019t understand it. Why take my information if youu2019re not going to get the results anyway? Why tell me you will call me later if you wouldnu2019t get the results anyway? Just a little weird. First and last time ever going there.
