The doctors & staff are always extreme nice. They make you feel very comfortable, cared for & they are always super efficient. I was taken in right away & seen in a timely manor. Highly recommend, especially for women seeking medical care.

I went to the Belmont Office 115 Belmont ave in Newark there was a doctor there named Dr Fatimah she was very rude and unprofessional seems that she was mad I don't know why I took my grandson because he wasn't feeling well I've been there many times all the doctors there are always very professional and very nice but her Dr Fatimah she has a chip on her shoulders I took my grandson with 103 fever pink eye (it wasn't pink eye it was a stye) checked he's one ear and she said he didn't have an infection I can understand he can have a viral infection but come on you don't have to speak to people like that she was very rude and demeaning and at the end of the day she told me to take him to the ER that she wasn't going to give him anything just because I ASKED her if she was going to give him any antibiotic she said (NO An don't tell her what to do) so I spent half an hour for nothing just to get aggravated I've been there many times all the doctors are very professional and respectful but not her maybe I was the (wrong color ) for her seems to me right away she started saying that she works in the ER. She should have taken the day off if she was going to act like an ignorant person I hope her MANEGER sees this you shouldn't have people working with the public if she doesn't know how to act or she has personal problems or a chip on her shoulder just because she has a title she thinks she can talk to anybody any kind of way not everybody's going to be receptive to what she said showing me the strep throat test she's lucky I didn't shove it down her mouth!!! I will never go there again and then she tells me that she's not going to give him anything he hadn't eaten in 3 days had 103 fever he's a 5-year-old toddler AUTISTIC I was livid the girl in the front desk was very apologetic it wasn't even her fault she was very nice she is very professional everybody that works there in the front desk are always very nice like I said I've been there many times with him but not anymore.

A great experience all around! The wait time was minimal, and the doctor took their time to address all of our concerns. My child was treated with kindness and respect, which made the whole visit much easier. Definitely a top choice for pediatric urgent care.

This was a great visit. I was checked in immediately which I love. I also was placed in a room in under 10 minutes. I had my vitals checked , Covid test and flu test done at the same time of placement. I came in because of my sinuses. Staff was friendly and urgent the way you would like. Good work team!
