From the front desk to the treatment, excellent service. Shannon, at the front desk, explained the cost of the service, the insurances they accept and don't. While my insurance was not accepted, it was still reasonable and money well spent. That said, they do accept most insurances. I just didn't have time to do my research because of the pain I was experiencing. The young man that checked my vitals was very nice, as were the I believe PA and NA or maybe NP and NA. They were all very attentive, great bedside manners and they all empathized with how I was feeling. Josh Richard, who I believe is the owner, definitely leads by example. Great team! I will be back for any future UC needs.
