Received nothing but professionalism on my visit to Patient First this week. Admission was expedient and all of the employees afterwards were very polite and friendly but professional while rendering medical services. My medical issue was resolved, after X-rays (great technician) with minor surgery performed by a knowledgeable PA with awesome bedside manners. I have nothing but praises for a great group of professionals that made my visit one to remember.

A reminder you get what you give. Everyone was SO incredibly friendly and professional here. I appreciated the front desku2019s help, demeanor, and their quick pace.nnI went in for an x-Ray of a broken toe. The team seemed to like one another and worked together well and both the x-ray tech and doctor answered all my questions and were prompt. Usually when I go into an urgent care or ER I expect a pretty mundane and unfriendly experience but I canu2019t express enough how pleasant it was. I hope those who were working today know how much I appreciate them. They deal with difficult folks Iu2019m sure, so to see them remain lighthearted and kind was such a gift.nnFYI I was here on a weekday in the middle of the day so my wait time was not long compared to what one would expect on a weekend.
