I had an excellent experience at Night Owl Pediatrics! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making my child feel comfortable during a stressful time. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I was especially impressed with how quickly we were seen, even though it was late at night. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and provided the best care for my little one. Next time, Iu2019ll check in online before arriving to save even more time. I highly recommend this clinic to any parents in need of urgent care for their kids. Itu2019s a lifesaver in Tampa!

We didnu2019t have an appointment and arrived just after they opened. Check in was a breeze, they sent a link and everything was easy to follow. Triage was quick, accurate and clean. Doctor came in within a few minutes. Ordered an X-ray, read snd diagnosed in a timely matter. The only issue was the doctor prescribed outside of my insurance limits. I called them and they corrected the problem on the spot.

My first experience was great. We were in and out for an ear infection and had no issues. The second time was not so great. We came in again for another ear infection and they prescribed augmentin. My son has taken this before, so my husband and I were very familiar with it and he has never had any side effects. They prescribed 5ml every 2 hours. I was a bit alarmed because his last dose was 3.5ml and he was barely 1/2 a pound heavier this time. Only after 3 doses, my 1 year old son had 10 bowel movements and half of those were blow outs. Heu2019s not one to ever cry but he was constantly crying and I couldnu2019t console him for periods of time. I called the urgent care back and the doctor said itu2019s the right dose and diarrhea is not a side effect. He said my son must have a stomach bug.I followed up with my sister who is a pharmacist and his primary doctor the next day and they both said that 5ml too much for my son. He should only be taking 3.5ml to 4ml max, with 4ml being a bit high as well. Itu2019s been a very stressful time and my son has been in a lot of pain. we skipped a dose and started him on the lower dosage and heu2019s been better.Needless to say that based off of that information and the response from the doctor, I will not be coming back nor would I recommend them either.

They make both parents and kids feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The office is welcoming, clean, and well-organized, making every visit a pleasant experience. The pediatricians take the time to listen, answer questions, and explain everything clearly. Itu2019s comforting to know your child is in such good hands. Definitely a top choice for pediatric care!
