Dr. Joseph and his team are so great. He takes the time to make sure everything is correct and appropriate for your care. He spent 2 days working with me and the pharmacy in coming up with a care plan with my difficult allergies and med list. This is a great place to go when youu2019re feeling sick, youu2019ll definitely be taken care of!

Dr Joseph was great when I first went to him as an urgent care appointment, he was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me and even convinced me to see him as primary, hence why Iu2019m giving 2 stars instead of 1. When I went to him to establish primary care, I felt like the dynamic changed and ultimately he was all talk no action. He had mentioned he had an expansive network with other doctors he trusted for specialized care, and that they would be able to squeeze me in for appointments and be seen quickly. After I did my annual checkup, he completely dropped the ball on any follow ups and seemed irritated when I asked for his referrals on speciality appointments I really needed. I did my labs, asked them to be emailed, and found another doctor to see as my primary who will actually help me.

Very personable Dr and friendly receptionist. I booked my appointment ahead online and I didnu2019t have to wait any longer than it took to fill out the paperwork to see the Dr. Then when my pharmacy was out of the medication , the receptionist even called another pharmacy for me to make sure they had it and sent it to the new pharmacy right away. Really surprised by this place. Definitely recommend.

5/7/25 just sent my son to be seen (18yr old) for ankle/foot injury, they said he sprained/dislocated his ankle just by visual. no x-rays were taken or offered (said he had to wait for 3 days for x-ray to see a hairline fracture though) makes no sense. he also left without getting discharge paperwork only received a work note. what kind of place is this. won't be recommending this place or coming back. Unacceptable!

What an amazing experience from registration to my actual visit. Itu2019s been a while since Iu2019ve been to the doctor and to finally go to one a feel seen, heard and fully cared for is a blessing. Doctor Joseph was attentive and thorough. I have gone from being just a walk in urgent care patient to inquiring about having them as my primary care physician.
