Traveling thru Las Vegas and in need of urgent care I tried several other clinics. Of the ones I tried, none took walk-in. 1st Choice Urgent and Primary Care provided excellent care. Phone contact gave easy directions, friendly reception processed my insurance information and medical staff was thorough. If you are anywhere in Las Vegas or traveling through I highly recommend 1st Choice!

Donu2019t go here. Everything you have is an infection when itu2019s possibly a virus. You must tell the Dr what it is or they will only test for things based on symptoms. Once they rule that out theyu2019ll just provide amoxicillin (antibiotic). Was told I was positive for ear infections when I actually had the flu per the ER two days later. Do you know what antibiotics does to a virus? Makes it worse and can lead to future problems when treating the virus. Theyu2019ll also leave you sitting in the room on results for over 40min to find out theyu2019ve been sitting in the printer for 20min. Lastly you can give instructions over and over yet theyu2019ll still send your prescriptions somewhere else. Not one visit Iu2019ve had here has gone well!

This review is entirely as it relates to their reception/appointment staff. Tried making an appointment, all phone numbers led to voicemails, mid week mid morning. Finally caved and tried their texting option. They wanted me to send over photos of my Photo ID and Insurance card just to make an appointment. Via an unsecure text number to god knows who or where that information is going. They then said Iu2019d have to drop off that info in person simply to make an appointment. Itu2019s horrible customer service to not even allow an appointment without that information, shady as hell that they have nobody to talk to and they just expect you to send over your info via text. It says a lot about how they feel about their patients and their patients associated information. If your first impression is that of u201cI donu2019t careu201d how could I possibly expect their doctors to care? No thanks, new PCP.

Your experience starts the moment you walk in. with GuadaLupe, she is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Brian is amazing. Couldnu2019t be happier with his service and Dr. Rodriguez is the icing on the cake. I recommend this place to anyone who values customer service and where they treat you like family.
