Rapha is my primary care although I do not go to them often because I am now pregnant. So far I havenu2019t had any problems with primary care but on the urgent care side Iu2019ve had so many issues. My wife got seen on a Thursday and the doctor said she would put her prescription in for her panic attacks and never did. We called multiple times on Friday and it still didnu2019t end up at our pharmacy. On Monday I had to go back up there just for them to put her prescription in. On Tuesday I went to get seen for itchy hands and feet which is consistent with cholestasis in pregnant women and the doctor kinda brushed me off. Because she knew my wife was having panic attacks she diagnosed me with anxiety itching without having any labs in hand. She still didnu2019t put the medicine in that she said she would for the itching but also told me to come back the next day. I came back on Wednesday just to get my labs and the receptionist (female, light skin, Zayla) was rude and basically refused to give me my labs to take to my ob. I came back after my ob appointment to get my labs and there was a guy receptionist that printed them out on the spot, although my liver labs werenu2019t back yet. But the doctor still didnu2019t put my prescription in so I callled on Thursday and still nothing so I had to go back up there so she could put it in while I was there. And my liver labs was finally back that confirmed my concerns of cholestasis.

Worst primary care in Fayetteville!!! I have been going here for two years now and every single time I go no matter what time my appointment is I am always waiting over an hour to be called to the back. Then when I do get called to the back it seem as if the nurses donu2019t check in on you. I had a physical there is no way I should be in the doctors office for 3 hours. FOR A SIMPLE PHYSICAL. This is the worst and I mean the absolute worst. Please do not waste your time going there. You will literally be there all day!!!! Nurses are amazing and nice but lady in the front desk is rude. Should not be working with people with that attitude. AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Worst place in Fayetteville! Don't come here unless you don't care whether or not you get your prescriptions refilled! The new policy is even worse! They want your pharmacy to fax prescription requests, but they just ignore them. I don't know how many times I've gotten down to 2 or 3 pills and have to call the manager and say that pharmacy faxed in the request! And if you haven't been seen in 3 months, they don't call you to schedule an appointment to get a new prescription, they just let you run out!!

Front desk and providers are nice and helpful , establishment is unorganized, and unclean . And unprofessional on the urgent care side . Lab staff are rude , I attempted to have lab work done and whoever was at the front desk made me feel very uncomfortable and I just walked out. I will be speaking with upper management, DO NOT GO HERE

I been a patient her for over 10 years sometimes they get busy but not all the time every thing has been updated with new equipment etc I give them 5 stars keep doing what you doing taking care of the patients staff and nurse and doctors
