Unfortunately, I had to visit Urgent care for help...nnAt Tristan Medical healthcare centre I received an Excellent experience from entry the office to the moment I left.nEvery person I interacted, meet me with smile, was kind, efficient and highly professional.nDr. Walter Hooper made me fill comfortable, was asking all very right questions and carefully listening . That was allow me easy and correctly explain my issue.nHe was very compassionate and genuinely cared for me.nnI had a very pleasant experience and will recommend to visit Tristan Medical to everyone who needs help.nI am positive all will be happily satisfied visiting this amazing facility.nnThank you!

Iu2019m new to town and got a new PCP with Tristan. Every time Iu2019ve called, no one has picked up and no one follows up.nnWhen my first PCP with Tristan left for another job, they never notified me or canceled my appointment with them. I had to come in for that appointment to find out that they couldnu2019t take me that day until I updated my PCP with my insurance.nnI came in for my appointment for bloodwork at 9 am (the time they open) and the doors were locked with all lights off.nnWould not recommend as a place for primary care. Save yourself the time because they will waste your time.

I suppose my experience while I was at the facility was good. The PA and Nurse we saw for my daughter were very nice and kind to my daughter who was nervous. thatu2019s about all I have to share that was positive. I was told her ears were u2018very angryu2019 and infected in both sides, and that she had very swollen tonsils that we should have looked at by her primary. We were told theyu2019d be calling in a prescription to start antibiotics. I called the pharmacy multiple times and was told they had no prescription. I called Tristan Medical facility 5 times and left 3 voicemails. they did not answer a single call nor call me back. I had to go into the facility the next morning to get them to acknowledge me and then they called the prescription in while I was standing there!! Absolutely ridiculous that I had to go in to get them to acknowledge me!! Thennn I schedule an appointment with my daughteru2019s primary to have her tonsils checked out. Turns out neither ear was infected!! I can put that aside, she did have ear pain so maybe it got better by the next day but being completely ignored is unacceptable and for that reason I wonu2019t be back and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been getting my healthcare from Tristan for several years now. Great staff, always friendly and thoughtful! Appointments are usually on time, doctors are caring and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the care I receive.

I was seen first thing yesterday morning and written a prescription. The provider was very nice, but as of 2pm my pharmacy had still not received my prescription. I called (I took at least half a dozen tries before someone answered) and the woman said they would take care of it right away. By 6:30 the pharmacy still didnu2019t have it. I called for an hour and no one answered. Finally, I drove back there and despite their website stating their Friday hours were 8am-8pm, they were closed up tight by 7:40. I called and left a message and sent an email via their website and still have not heard back today.
