Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. If it is not in stock, they get it promptly, most times next day and they don't charge extra shipping charges unlike other Kubota dealer. Inside of store is spotless, well organized. Not practicing current COVID protective protocols, though, I did not feel at risk. I always enjoy stopping there.I stopped in this morning, 8/14/2023, looking for some hard to find cutter parts. I received top notch assistance. The parts person looked up my part and the parts were in stock. I'm ecstatic. The parts cost considerably less than the other dealer. The entire experience was pleasant and easy on the pocket book.

My Kubota 60 inch zero turn mower should have been ready 03/22/2023 and it is now 03/27/2023. I can understand having service problems but not keeping the customer informed as to what problem is and when will be ready. I am not sure if they know what is wrong now and what I will be charged for?

I found Houston County Equipment to be an excellent business.As background, all Kubota dealers for 100 miles in my area are part of a regional chain. I found them to be slow to respond, inexperienced, and overpriced on base unit, upgrades, and implements. I dealt with multiple sales staff. They assured me it was the best deal they could do. They informed me that they could match apples to apples if I found a better deal.I called around, asked for recommendations from friends and family, and got a much lower priced quote from Matt at Houston County Equipment. But it wasn't just the price. The whole experience was better. I found them to be friendly, responsive, and trustworthy. No pressure, no supply chain price gouging, no surprise service department fees.I called the original dealer back. You can't get more apples to apples than the same exact tractor and add-ons, but that price match didn't materialize. It's good to have a regional monopoly, I guess.You already know what I did--I bought my Kubota from Houston County Equipment. The purchase and 180 mile delivery went perfectly.I know Ewald Kubota won't miss my money, but now neither will I.Thanks again, Matt.
