The provider and her staff are wonderful! She always listens to the concerns and gets straight to figuring out what is wrong with my kiddos. I recently had to go in for a visit for myself and she got me back to feeling good in no time!nnMy favorite part, is she genuinely cares about her patients! If youu2019re looking for a place to find answers and people that truly care, this is the place! I had to take my 3 girls under 5 and every single person here is absolutely amazing. I had to get a second opinion for my oldest and before any tests were done Michele knew exactly what was wrong! I wonu2019t be going anywhere else, so great to have such an amazing and experienced team right here In Lampasas! So thankful!!

The first time i went it was great the second time i will never return i was disrespected no greetings the worst part is the whole staff had attitude from the moment we walked in the back treated my daughter horrible didnt find ask what her symptoms where or what was going on never again will i return and i dont suggest anyone going to that location it was the owner of the building who was the ruddest ever.nSo update i called to let the doctor know about my daughters condition she has pneumonia and she called the police on me and im not aloud to return or contact the facility, which is no problem because i will not be returning ever again

I took my 90 year old mother to this urgent care and they treated her like gold. They were thorough and even asked if there was anything else they could help us with before we left. They were timely, efficient and prepared I wonu2019t waste time going anywhere else

The staff is so sweet. The office is aesthetically pleasing. They are so fast. It literally feels like youu2019re talking to a family member or a friend. They make you comfortable. It doesnu2019t feel like a doctor office vibe. I love the fact you can message them online before having to call or even go in. They always post updates on being closed and they truly care about their staff. I hope to work there one day and be apart of something that goes above and beyond for their community. I truly prefer Sulphur Creek Urgent Care over my PCP. I wish all medical clinics had this kind of atmosphere and care for their patients.
