Was seen in 10 minutes by Jacqueline. She was very professional and listened to my history and made a quick diagnosis. Prescription was called in before we left. She also interacted with my wife who had driven me to the appointment, who is a nurse. The receptionist was super nice and made registration easy. This experience is much more professional than the Walgreens locations.

The staff members were friendly, courteous, and helpful (which is important when you donu2019t feel well). I gave four instead of five stars because upon arrival for my 4:00 appointment, I was told they were running 40 minutes behind. Instead of being told that when I got there at 3:45, I would have loved to have received a text telling me they were behind and to arrive at 4:30. This would have resulted in a 25 minute wait in a room full of sick people (my visit was for an injury) rather than an hour and five minute wait.

The Nurse Practitioner that came in and saw me was sarcastic and talked to me in a demeaning way. When she sarcastically asked for my symptoms more detailed I did not feel comfortable sharing nor did I feel like she actually cared. The patient care tech was fine. The front desk girl was fine. I know it is a lot to ask of healthcare workers to smile and personable.
