Itu2019s very hard to get in touch with anyone through the phone. Truecare phone line would say u201c3 people ahead of youu201d. GREYBILL does not do that so you have no idea how long youu2019re going to wait for. Iu2019ve waited 30 minutes before I hung up. :/ also my primary is kinda mean. Like judgy vibes! Which sucks because I love being honest with my providers so when Iu2019m met with judgment Iu2019m like dang I donu2019t even wanna tell her nothing.nn+ I got sold of someone finally over the phone and they said they would call back to schedule an appointment? WHAT??? yall donu2019t have the schedule open? Like to check? Huh?

Zero stars. Called 4 people to request medical records. All 4 were completely clueless to the process. Their answering service is terrible. They do not know how to use electronic forms. One person gave me a phone number to a random person's voicemail that didn't indicate it was a business. I call back and they said that number doesn't exist. Terrible service!

I would have put zero stars but you canu2019t do that. Do not go here! Their systems are down so they will accept your money but wonu2019t refill prescriptions or send any forms you ask for. I had an appointment a month ago and not one thing has been taken care of. They donu2019t care aboutnYou and they will make you drive all around the city turning in forms bc they are too lazy to drive them over themselves or to use another fax machine not at work

I visited this office to get a referral for OT and I still havenu2019t gotten an appointment three weeks later. I have spoken to multiple representatives who have all given me different information. It has been a very frustrating process, they can definitely improve on their communication.

The phone wait to make an appointment is insane. I'm not sure if the receptionists at the facility are in charge of answering, or if it's a call center, but the last two times I went, a receptionist was just chilling on her cellphone. :| Once you're in a waiting room, the nurses and doctors are nice & professional. The customer service beforehand is a toss up, depending on who you get at the front.
