Excellent local business. My family went there to get flu shots and everyone was extremely friendly. For a flu shot, the process was quick & easy. No complaints at all. We've only been a couple of times at this point and haven't had to fill any prescriptions, so I can't speak to that, but it's definitely a much better customer experience compared to the chain pharmacies.

The level of personal customer service here is phenomenal! Every person is the store knows your name, shows genuine concern for you and and your familyu2019s, and makes you feel like family. Saad, the pharmacist, always takes time out of his day to say hello regardless of who is helping me. Brittany, one of the techs, is always extremely helpful. Alison, another tech, goes above and beyond to find coupons and ensures Iu2019m paying the cheapest price for my more expensive medicines. I cannot give enough praise to how wonderful everyone in this business is! You can tell the enjoy their jobs, it shows in the level of care you receive here for all your pharmaceutical needs.

If you are looking for an establishment that truly CARES about you the customer and not about your money then you have found the right location. This place is conveniently located and has quality merchandise as well as professionally competent and tremendously friendly staff. I happen to know the owner very well (and was not asked to write this by the way). I also just happen to know without question that this place is top notch and I stand behind them 100%. Your health is important and your quality of life should be equally as important. I have no reservations recommending you or anyone to Oak Ridge Pharmacy. It is so nice to go to one place with my needs and questions and find everything I need. Chris.T
