The staff, nurses, doctor (Dr. Salas) and Nurse Harris, CRNP, were all wonderful and provided excellent information, details and follow-up on my recent procedure. I was impressed with the medical staffs' professionalism and caring.My only complaint was timing: I was given an arrival time and a procedure time (45 minutes apart). When we arrived, I was told the scheduled procedure time was 15 minutes later than what I had been given. Then I just kept sitting in the waiting room, and watched several people who arrived way after I did get called back to the procedure area. I would ask about the status of mine, and the front desk staff would tell me you're next and just another few minutes, or less than 20 minutes more. I had to keep asking what was going on. No one came to me with updates. I wasn't taken back to the procedure area for almost 2 hours after my arrival time. Being starving and exhausted didn't make for a pleasant wait time. The procedure itself went well, and the after-care and follow-ups were also excellent.

Initially posted a review about how great the staff were at offering customer service. Even when we had the communication break, everyone remained professional.I had shared about a communication break that was probably unfair. We managed to resolve the communication break. Davina was quite open to understanding my perspective as it relates to my insurance ending. I was in panic mode.Intentional listening is huge for me. She definitely provided that. I know most people are afraid to apologize. However, I'm humbled, thankful and definitely apologetic.

From the time I checked in at the receptionist desk. I was showed politeness and kindness. The Triarge nurse was polite also. They each listen to my concerns and gave me excellent answers. I didn't have to wait long to see the Doctor. Very Satisfied. Thanks. They took Good care of Me!

She was upbeat and made the appointment a very positive experience. Chelsea was also excellent during my checkout. She followed up promptly with relaying an additional question I had for Christina.

She then proceeded to recommend the appropriate next steps. She was very caring and knowledgeable. I am entirely satisfied with my office visit.
