Very bad service. They never answer the phone. They canceled Mama's back surgery and didn't notify us, nor did they inform us that they would no longer accept patients with medical insurance, only for legal cases. Additionally, they lost the disk with her images, and we'll have to pay to get another one. They should be informed when something like this happens. A place that is very inconsiderate to its patients.

I WAS SO NERVOUS but, It was an amazing experience for my first time ever doing something like this. The receptionist was fast and the nurse was great and knowledgeable. The Dr and his team were awesome and perfect at there job.

My experience with TRC was very pleasant and filled with excellent/professional service. From the moment I was picked up at my home by Ceasar, the Driver, until I left and received a referral from the front desk staff- stellar accommodations. Ofelia saw me before I saw Dr. Jane. Ofelia was extremely thorough and gave a sense of being knowledgeable in what she was doing.nDr. Janeu2019s approach was caring and it was obvious that she knew her craft. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate TRC as a 10+.
