Lot of five star reviews here but.. They deserve it. This new facility is top notch and amazing. Staff is friendly and quick. There was no one in the lobby when we came in but they took care of us and our baby and got us in and out with in 1 hour. Some pics just showing how clean and what the rooms are like.

I went to this Urgent Care for the first time due to the location near by me; however, I would prefer to drive an extra 5 minutes to find a better professional staff. Doctor Matthew B McClure, MD was very nice and understanding of my symptoms. The facility is brand new so its all nice and clean. ( No issue here.) However, the communication face to face and via telephone with the nurses is cold as an iceberg. In fact, I was transferred from the front desk to the a male nurse who got aggravated at me because he wanted to tell me that I should received my medication via over the counter instead of sending to my pharmacy. I told him that I would prefer to receive my medication via the pharmacy so I can claim to my insurance, but he kept insisting that he is just readying that doctors notes. I made a comparison to Baptist health and he dared to tell me We are not Baptist Health and we do things different Keep in mind, all I am asking is for my medication to be send to a pharmacy. I had to ask him to ask the doctor multiple times and the doctor agreed with no issues. I asked for his name ignored me then he hung up on me after saying It will all be sent to the pharmacy while I was trying to ask another question I called back again and the front desk lady with no name didn't know who she transferred me before. Who ever answered the phone after the front desk switch lines didn't know who I spoked and placed me on hold.... 5 minutes on hold...NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AFTER THAT!

I got sick with Influenza A complicated with pneumonia around New Year's day. Reluctantly I found myself walking into this urgent care clinic. I can now reflect about the highly professional staff that took care of me those days. As soon as I got in I was seen and the staff started their care protocols. After all the tests were done, I was quickly diagnosed and other more serious conditions were ruled out. I was sent home with the right treatment. Throughout my visit the staff transpired professionalism and excellent bedside manners. They were caring, respectful and diligent. Sadly, I found myself having to come back a couple of times more within the following 48 hours since I was feeling so bad. However, they examined me again, added any medications that were necessary and gave me the reassurance that I needed. So, having to visit this clinic three times within a short period of time, I have to say that the healthcare service was excellent every single time though the staff was different each visit. The physicians were particularly good. The clinic is well equipped and nicely put together. I would highly recommend this location to anybody in need of urgent care.

ZERO stars if I could! As an Uf health employee that works in the face of patients I have never seen or experienced such dismissive care as I treat all of my patients with the care they came to receive and even beyond that. I arrived with my husband who was experiencing pain in both his knee and foot and I felt the care was dismissive and condescending to say the least. Upon arrival I went to the restroom and came out my husband was placed into a wheelchair getting ready to be brought to the back. He was worked up and we were left alone for a bit and a xray tech came in to take him to xray. I had no problem with her asking for help to open the door to wheel him out but when it was time for us to leave after the doctor came in to let us know after he received a shot my husband stated it only relieved the pain in his knee so I inquire about his foot and if there was anything additional he would recommend in which the provider stated he will just have to wait and left out and told him he was good to go. We gathered our things but no direction on how to get out nor any assistance/direction and when a nurse appeared when we headed in the wrong direction leaving and I expressed to her it would of been nice to be directed out properly she proceed to not even apologize but pointed telling us this way that way type of feedback and we let ourselves out. As a healthcare professional that was the WORST care I/we have ever witnessed being on that side of patient care. Everyone is NOT meant to be in Healthcare if you don't even have the customer service factor to treat patients accordingly to how you will want to be treated please pick a different profession. Don't forget we will and can be on the other side no matter the position and what goes around comes around.

Today got there's at 5:30 pm first when the nurse saw me at the triage she told me to go back outside the lady in front desk ask why I was out instead of in a room the call a nurse he came and ask if I had a sticker when in an out then brought me inside again to a room he was nice the Dr she was nice also the did blood work very fast and urine but after the change of shift at 8 pm the wait just was longer and longer never saw the nurse if that new shif until I call to tell them I was living .like I said got there at 5:30 it was already 10.13 pm and when I call the nurse to ask why the Dr. Hasn't come for the pelvic exam she said there were just one provider and she was taking the more emergency she had so I guess what I have wasn't emergency enough so they just left me there I decided to leave told the nurse to take the IV out . I was hungry tiered plus I had a daughter waiting for me. since 5:30 to 10:14 pm of wait that's to much in an urgent care first time it happens and left with no pelvic exam. But the staff like nurses etc there were nice and it's very clean .
