I think this place did a fantastic job with my visit. Walked me through everything, the doctor/PA explained what was going on with my body and sickness super well. The nurse (Tammy is her name I think) was so caring and friendly. Super sweet staff overall and they got to the root of my problem which is what matters most. Also very fast, was in then out in a decent amount of time. Recommend this urgent care for sure!

NEVER go here, terrible service. I went to get a x-ray for an ankle sprain simple right? After I got it done I head over to a specialized doctor and request my x-ray transcript and photos, I go there TWICE in the same day to receive my information and am told they were still not available after I was initially told I would be able to receive them momentarily. I payed out of pocket for the scans but still have never heard a word back from them, they took my money and offered nothing. If I could report them I would, too bad there isnu2019t a zero star rating

Not impressed whatsoever. I simply called to make an appointment and I was treated like I didnu2019t know what I was talking about. The woman that picked up the phone was very rude, she never asked why I was calling she just kept repeating u201cwell this is urgent care.u201d Be a little nicer to people when they call because most of the time weu2019re calling to make an appointment because were sick or something is going on, just be a little nice it doesnu2019t hurt. Instead of repeating the one thing she couldu2019ve explained that this is urgent care and to make an appointment you call so-and-so. Their menu shouldnu2019t transfer you to that if thatu2019s not where you make the appointments. Get it together because youu2019re going to lose customers all I did was call and I didnu2019t want to call back or make an appointment because the woman was so rude to me.

I do not recommend this place! I was told by my OB/gyn to go see a primary care doc and I decided to go here. They don't know what they are doing the doc didnt even looked into my file before she came to speak to me. She had my lab results from my Ob/gyn office. first she told me by looking at my lab test results she will prescribe me my medication then she goes out of the room comes back and goes i CHANGED my mind i will not be prescribing u any medication i will wait until u see your obgyn again. I come home to see my insurance has been changed a huge amount of money.

Went there for a allergic reaction. The rooms were DIRTY. I mean DIRTY. How can an urgent care facility be ran with rooms that have dirt I the walls and doors. All the equipment being used was old and outdated. As i was walked back to my room, I seen a doctor sitting in the back area kicked back, feet up reading a news paper. After waiting s short time, I asked my doctor if he could prescribe me a high end benadryl and he refused, telling me i could buy it over the counter even after i told him the over the counter stuff wasnt strong enough.
