We came on Sunday morning as walk-ins, NEVER before been to this clinic, and we had a wonderful experience! The front desk was very warm with their welcome even though we were walking in for an appointment. The check-in process was efficient via cell phone. And we came at a less busy time so we waited a mere five minutes before being brought back.The nurse and nurse practitioner we worked with were thorough and patient with us and our unhappy(ill) baby. They listened to us and helped us make an informed decision for our child's health. If you need an office to go to where you don't want to feel rushed and you can get answers, look no further! Thank you so much for your help!

Last two visits was horribly! Was in the room almost an hour before getting seen each time. Nurses/Doctors seem like they have little to no good knowledge. Might as well go to the e.r or walk in clinic now for my 15 year old. Had a difficult visit and wasnu2019t shown no compassion. Might be switching my kids to the community clinic.

Over 1.5 hours spent for a simple prescription that still hasnu2019t been sent to the pharmacy 18 hours later. When you call to get the prescription sent to the pharmacy your on hold for over 20 minutes. The doctor walked into our room 2 different times and walked out before assessing the patient. When she finally cosmetic in to assess the patient she disregarded everything the guardian said in regards to medications despite asking which is the preferred treatment. Will not be returning!!

Always appreciated their services and have taken good care of our children for the last 10 years. However, I am not a fan of being forced into seeing ads with an online check in. This check in asks the same questions they ask at the window but with ads. This is pointless marketing and not welcome. I will not do it again.

Our son had a high fever on a Friday night. Was thankful they were open. All the staff was very attentive, and gentle with our baby. Refreshing we have a pediatric urgent care in the QC. Thanks again!
