By far this has been our best urgent care experience, and very personalized. The entire staff was very nice, and caring. The receptionist/assistant was absolutely delightful and made my daughter feel very cared for, and comfortable. The doctor was also a pleasure to talk to and she explained what the plan for the visit would be and in detail. The doctor asked my 8 year old daughter her symptoms, how sheu2019s feeling, and simply made her feel safe and comfortable. There was a woman who also assisted with information about our insurance and she was also very nice and helpful, she also offered my daughter an organic lollipop. I am very impressed with the entire visit, oh and my daughter was given two granola bars, and water with her medicine. Extremely grateful for this experience, this will definitely be the place I bring my children to. Thank you Urgent Care Clinic!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Urgent Care Name Clinic. My sister recently (today) went in for breathing problems, and the care she received was beyond outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They quickly assessed her condition and provided a breathing treatment and medication that helped her tremendously.nnWhat truly set this experience apart was the amazing team. The doctor was not only unbelievably knowledgeable and thorough but also took the time to engage with us on a personal level. They spoke with my sister with genuine care and compassion, addressing not just the immediate issue but also other medical concernsu2014even those she hadnu2019t originally come in for. This was the best medical appointment I have had. The facility was clean and pleasant. The receptionist and medical technician were courteous and proficient. The PA, Deb, was an excellent diagnostician and was caring and understanding, and provided clear directions for my treatment. I highly recommend this urgent care center.
