This staff is so sweet, caring, quick, and exceptional. We're from out of state on a road trip back home to SC. I have a history of svt which I take medication for daily however at 12+am I woke up with my heart going crazy. After taking an emergency dose it still didn't rectify the issue. After an hour we decided to find an ER. This was close to our hotel with no wait time at all. They got me back nearly the min we walked in. The RN was so precious. The doctor was also very friendly and quickly came in and we spoke about my history. I was there for maybe 1.5 hrs. I was so impressed with them. Thank you guys so very much. Very highly recommended!

Jessica at the front was very friendly and fast to get me back. Bertha and Cris greeted me with smiles and compassion. I was taken care of immediately! Dr Kanase was very informative and pleasant. I feel like I was given better treatment than I could get anywhere else! Thank you!!!

I went to Exceptional ER on Coulter Friday night and tested positive for Covid. They got me right in and out. The whole staff and Doctor was very professional and very nice. Iu2019d highly recommend this ER.
