I am so glad we found and became members of Evolve Primary Care. First, they really listen to you. Second, Nurse Kevin suggested a suggested a not exactly standard test based on family history that uncovered something important our previous provider's missed. Third, you can communicate by email, phone, or in person, set up appointments in a timely fashion and they had a drive through flu shot clinic. They just make it easy. Finally, I cut my finger badly on a Saturday morning and was able to get it taken care of with no wait time, no urgent center endless admin and a $25 cost. I have always found the office staff courteous and the whole experience lacking in the bureaucracy, stress and rigidity we experienced with practices tied into the hospital systems.

Pros: This place is aesthetically pleasing, and they have free coffee and tea in a spacious waiting room. The clinical staff seems pretty good.nnCons: Avoid this clinic unless you enjoy interacting with incompetent office staff! Here are just a few things we experienced when visiting Evolve Medical Clinic this morning:n- They called us 25 min before our appointment stating that we needed to have paid the $199 nonmember urgent care fee when making the online appointment. However, there is no place on their website when making an online appointment to pay the fee ahead of time. We let the person calling know that and then she said OK, just pay it when you come in this morning. Huh?!?n- Since they take no insurance, I asked for an out of network itemized bill so I could submit it to my insurance company (a very standard request for urgent care clinics that donu2019t accept insurance). Shockingly, they didnu2019t know what u201cout of networku201c meant. What?!?n- When we got the itemized bill, it did not have a diagnosis code listed, which means it wouldu2019ve been rejected by our insurance company (but wait, thereu2019s more). When I asked them to add the diagnosis code, they put down a code that only applies for existing patients (which we were not) and would have also been rejected by insurance. Finally, after three tries, they got it right.

They were very responsive. I had no appointment but just came in. I had a question or concern, really, and they helped me. I do love Evolve and I have been a member for several years now. I have never had any issues with this service.
