Very disappointed. We showed up at 6:35 and 6:40. They locked the door behind us. They show they are open till 7. If you don't want patients after 6:30 they should show closed at 6:30. The receptionist was very rude. I sit and waited in a long line at Walgreens to pick up our medications to find out they weren't sent. When I called the urgent care the next morning when they were busy I was disconnected several times. I found out that my med was sent to my regular pharmacy even though we had a discussion that Walgreens was the only one open so send it there. I chose this urgent care, you think they would be proud of that instead they didn't want us there. Change your closing time if that is an issue.

I went in for a tetanus shot after getting cut by a rusty saw. The receptionist was in a terrible mood and wanted to show it by being as rude as possible. And I was told to fill out a multitude of forms, and only after doing so, did they tell me they didn't have any tetanus shots after being there for about an hour. Not 1 star because at least the doctor was nice when telling me they didn't have any shots. I'm fair like that.

I love all the drs and nurses and billing personnel. My family has been going here for almost 8 years and I honestly have no complaints. Katie Biby is the best person there. She was really concerned with issues my son was having and followed up to make sure he was ok. I myself see Chris Greenhagen and Iu2019ve never had a healthcare provider that actually listens to me and makes sure we stay on track with my diabetes.

Horrible. Been here for 3 hrs. Just got put in a room. There isn't even a doctor here physically and they can't even do X-rays either. Will not be coming back here again.

Still the best place in town with the most experience, personable, staff I have dealt with. If you sign in online, you have the option of waiting in your car. If you just drop in wait time are no longer that going to you regularly doctors appointment. Very clean, and the staff is always friendly.
