I came to this office yesterday (12/12) late, paid for a visit and for a blood test. They couldn't draw blood, but told me to drink plenty of fluids and come back today. I've been throwing up all day today, can't keep down any liquids and now have a fever. Not that they would know, because when I got there they didn't check my vitals at all. The nurse swooped me into a room, stabbed my arm for about 30 seconds and left the room, while saying I never miss over her shoulder ud83dude44I proceeded to wait in that exam room for over an hour, crying and throwing up. Finally I just left and am unfortunately going to the ER because it looks like the only way to get any care.

Don't bother going. I went in with wheezing and sob and was told to take breathing treatments. Thanks for wasting an hour and a half of my time. I guess airway does not matter to them

Odd that two people could have very different experiences when going to the same place for the same reason. My wife gets COVID tested on Monday. They do it from the car, she only has to fill out a COVID questionnaire, comes back positive and they call her in antibiotics and some steroids to help prevent infection. All seems pretty standard and just simple procedures for them. I start feeling similar symptoms and come three days later. I'm told if I don't come inside then they can't prescribe anything. When I asked why that wasn't the case the receptionist says She must have come inside then. It was obvious she didn't know what she was talking about and her ignorance set the course of my whole time there. I had to do returning patient paperwork, then she couldn't find me, so I had to do new patient paperwork. Once I am finally tested and come back positive the NP comes in and announces Well you look great and sends me on my way. No medicine to help prevent infection even though I had said I was already dealing with chest congestion, which is now worse. I wasted money on a copay I now don't have to go to a more competent clinic. A home test from Walmart for $15 and a bottle of DayQuil would have given me more medical help than they did. My wife is content taking our children there for emergencies but I wouldn't go back for a hangnail

Everyone I encountered from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The online appointment option is extremely conviennent. I was in and out in an hour. The nurse and doctor were both thorough in their questions, and listened intently to my answers. Very clean and great atmosphere. I will definitely be using this urgent care from now on!

I wish I could give 0 but ya know. I hate to leave reviews but at this point itu2019s just a bit pitiful. Iu2019ve been seen 2x in the last 2 weeks for Covid/strep. All of their test came back negative but they treated me for strep anyway. (I get it often) I told them the medication that works for me the best. They insisted to call in another medication and I told them Iu2019d need zofran & Diflucan to go along with it. The first provider agreed and sent me on my way. I get an antibiotic shot and feel better for a day or so. A few days go back and I woke up extremely worse. I went back in, paid ANOTHER copay because nobody wouldnu2019t answer the phone and was seen by the younger dark haired NP at this point. I told her I was pretty sure I reinfected myself with strep because I had used an old tooth brush the night before and woke up very sick. She was it was impossible to be reinfected that quickly with a toothbrush. Letu2019s not forget to mention she called me Maggie when walking into the room and when I didnu2019t respond she just looked at me. She walked back out and come back asking if my name was Emilyu2026she tells me she doesnu2019t want to give me cdiff so she doesnu2019t want to give me the antibiotic I asked for to start with. Cefdenier? (Sure I misspelled that) she proceeded to tell me I didnu2019t need another antibiotic but then proscribed me azithromycin. A ANTIBIOTIC. I ask for a steroid shot because I didnu2019t get one the week prior and she said u201cyouu2019re too close to your 3 monthsu201d I quickly said I hadnu2019t had a steroid shot from them in well over a year. She walks out again and comes in saying she read my chart wrong. Iu2019m convinced she had Maggieu2019s chart ud83dude05 A few days go by and Iu2019m still not better and guess what? Wake up with a raging yeast infection. I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they inform me they NEVER CALLED IT OR THE NAUSEA MEDS IN. I immediately call them, leave a message with the lady up front around 2:00 p.m. she tells me the provider will call it in and she will call me to let me know when she does. Never get a call. I ended up going to another clinic at this point yesterday. Guess what? Tested positive for strep. Now Iu2019m on a 3rd antibiotic in 3 weeks the one I asked for to begin with! Letu2019s hope I really donu2019t get cdiff now. Never got the diflucan nor nausea medicine and wonu2019t be back. Letu2019s not forget that they kept mistreating me but made sure to hand me bills from 2021 (that were paid, verified by the insurance) but yet couldnu2019t call in medicine. Iu2019ll never go back. Youu2019re gaslit into thinking these NPs know more about your body than you do. Never again. The last NP I seen was rude, lacked bedside manner and didnu2019t know what she was talking about. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.
