My mom was very ill/and in alot of pain, so we made a visit to the Northlake Urgent Care. I must say I was very impressed with the ladies in the office. They were knowledgeable about alternate resources she would need to get through what is an unexpected illness. They called the prescriptions in ASAP and also provided me with a paper copy in case we needed to visit another pharmacy. They made sure I was aware of appts times and dates for the specialist recommended. I just want to really thank Dr. Walker and her associates for all their urgent care.

The doctor assured me my labs would be sent to LabCorp (which is in network for my insurance)nnFor 6 months Iu2019ve been receiving a crazy bill from HealthTrack Rx for the labsu2026 I called the urgent care place back asking why a different lab was used- they said they would fix it. Of course, they havenu2019t,nnBeware! Your urgent care visit could cost the same or more than a trip to the ER.

This place was wonderful my husband hurt his fingers at work came in they took him right to the back we were in and out within 30 mins called his prescription in and gave him a paper copy as well for his records ... Doctor was great
